I bought a coach bag from this site and within 2 weeks the coach tag had snapped off from the bag. For a £450 bag I would expect the accessories to be much stronger. I contacted the shop to tell them what had happened but they wouldn’t help. They took over 21 days to respond to me after I chased them. I asked if the tag could be resent but they refused to take responsibility and the customer service team were impolite and rude throughout messaging. Avoid at all costs

I bought a Tory Burch bag from this site. The package arrived today, it took some time but it was worth the wait. I read a lot of negative comments about this shop and got very worried but everything was fine. Customer service was always available.

I bought the new Kate Spade Shopper. Pink, it’s absolutely beautiful and everything that I wanted it to be. I love the closure on the bag and also the small wallet that comes with Otis fantastic to put your bits and bobs in.Definitely an every day bag. Definitely recommend 5*

I absolutely love my Kate Spade tote bag. The price was so affordable and cheapest compared to other sites. My delivery was super quick and perfectly packaged. A very happy customer :-)

I ordered a Love Moshino bag for my wife on 23/12/2020 as a Christmas present order number 262777722, I recieved it on 24/12/2020 what was very good. But then after a week or 2 a stich from the Quilted area came undone by itself, I got intouch with My Bag and told the the bag is faulty and I want a replacement, that's where the trouble started for the first 2 weeks the made me send in one picture after the other, saying they have to get intouch with the manufacturer before they can say anything,everything I messaged I got silly replies and excuses, then I was told that I can send the bag in for them to check it out, by now 4 weeks have gone by without me knowing what's going to happen, I made clear that I'm not interested in a refund I want the bag replaced, after My Bag recieved the bag they said that they have not got a bag and can only issue a refund, I loged onto.the My Bag website to see if they were telling the truth and I was so disappointed because they still got the bag for sale and I could of ordered one for next day delivery!!!!! I went onto the live chat to have a word and the lady I was speaking to told me the same story that there is none in stock and she can't do a thing about it, I made clear I was not happy and that the way they are treating customers us bang out of order, they are not doing anything to help a customer who recieved a bag that turned out to be faulty, then she said I should wait a moment and as she came back, she said that a REPLACEMENT BAG will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours!!!! So I thought wow that's a good outcome!! The REPLACEMENT BAG arrived this morning :-((( I did not believe what I saw when I opened the parcel, they did not send a REPLACEMENT BAG they returned the bag that was faulty, I don't believe that s company works like that, if they have not got stock then they should atleast order a bag from the manufacturer to replace the faulty bag. I will never ever order anything from that company never ever!!Dear Tracie from MybagI have not been intouch with mybag since I was sent the faulty bag back instead of a replacement bag, I can't believe you are making things up as you are going along

Placed my first order ever on Sunday for next day delivery. Item has still not been dispatched so not much of a next day delivery. I needed it as a gift by tomorrow so have requested Mybag to cancel the order but their CS is terrible. Can’t call, only send a message and they take 48 hours to respond so let’s hope this cancellation will be processed on time or else I have the hassle of returning. First and last order with this company, I’m afraid.

Here we go AGAIN....now my 3rd review for this company.Just when I though this whole nightmare would be over soon..I find myself back to square one..My first review was on the 17 January and though my complaint was already in motion with their customer service which was already appalling..they responded to my review in 25th January and they were apologetic and a replacement had beeen actioned. Which was not actually true because they wouldn’t send a replacement until the received the incorrect item back first. However, they already stated the warehouse had not received the item. It was only when I provided proof the Royal Mail has delivered they took action. When the replacement item arrive it was still incorrect...this leads me to my 2nd review..this time I didn’t have into arrange to return the item as they had done this for me...this item has now been collected and proof was sent as per their so they could start my refund. It has been 2 days, no one respond to my email... Today I received a delivery and OMG I was totally shock to say the least when they deliver the exact the item that I return 2 days ago...what the hell!!No I think this is a scam and the comp at to sending the items back and forth so the can hold on to my money...AVOID this company at all cost it will leave you out of pocket. The right a reply back to the review to make it looks like they have taken action but in reality all they have done is sugar coat it to make themselves look good. Let’s face it they don’t want potential customers read bad reviews.How can they still be trading with such poor service and taking people money. I will now be looking into reporting them to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. I am no longer prepared to wait for this item to be collected..I want money back in full..I bet I will get a response tomorrow that after leaving this review!!

Tracking and delivery information all incorrect. Haven't received a reply from any of my emails asking where my delivery is. Says my parcel was delivered on the day I made the order and the year was even wrong. Paid for an expensive bag for a Christmas present and have no idea where it is or will it be here on time. Phone number not working of course. Live chat turned off. Brutal customer service especially at this time of year considering the current situation. Now I've received an email back only because I posted this review. Can't even reply directly to the email so have to go back into the website to reply.

Like many other reviews I have experienced poor communication and customer service. I placed my order on the 26th of November and still no update on delivery. Can't seem to get a reply either. I wouldn't stress over a small item but I paid enough for the goods, a special gift for somebody's birthday. I am not creating creating and account with this website just to get through to them. Terrible service.
